Napco Pro Access Wallet – Privacy Policy
Napco Security Technologies Inc. (“Napco,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how the Napco Pro Access Wallet iOS application (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects information when used with Napco’s CA4K access control system.
This document applies only to the App and associated services required to issue and manage mobile access credentials.

1. Information We Collect
The App is designed for enterprise security use and does not collect information for advertising or unrelated analytics. Depending on your organization’s configuration, the following information may be collected and processed:
- Account Information: First name, last name, and email address provided by your Security Administrator to issue mobile credentials.
- Device Information: Device model, operating system version, and device identifiers necessary to bind and validate a credential to your device.
- Credential Data: Secure mobile access credentials used to unlock supported doors/locks and Wallet pass metadata.
- Usage Logs: Access events (e.g., successful/failed unlock attempts) recorded by your organization’s access control system.
Note: The App does not display or store your full access history locally; event and audit logs are managed by your organization’s CA4K system.
2. How We Use Information
We use information solely to support secure access control workflows, including:
- Issuing, binding, and managing mobile NFC credentials.
- Authenticating your device for secure access (including Apple Wallet integration and Express Mode where available).
- Providing security logs and status to your organization’s Security Administrator.
- Troubleshooting and support.
Napco does not use your information for advertising or sell your personal data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including:
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and services.
- Secure credential handling leveraging iOS security features (e.g., Secure Enclave, Apple Wallet protections).
- Least-privilege design and administrative controls for platform operators.
- Monitoring and remediation of security vulnerabilities as part of our SDLC.
5. Data Retention
Your credentials and related data are retained only as long as required by your organization’s access control policies and applicable law. If your access is revoked, the credential is removed from the App/Wallet and access is disabled in the CA4K system.

Depending on your location, you may have rights over your personal information (e.g., access, correction, deletion). For requests related to your credentials or access logs, please contact your organization’s Security Administrator first. You may also contact Napco using the details below.
