Napco Access Pro (“Napco Access Pro,” “we,” or “us”), a division of Napco Security Technologies, Inc., provides the MVP EZ application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Bluetooth Usage

MVP EZ uses Bluetooth to securely discover, pair, and communicate with your BLE-enabled lock so you can lock or unlock it from the app. For example, when you tap “Unlock” in the app, Bluetooth connects directly to your lock to perform the action.Bluetooth access is used only for device communication and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information Security

We employ security measures to protect your personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. When you create a profile and log in to a secure portion of the app, your information is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

While we take precautions to protect your data, transmission over the internet involves third-party systems outside of our control. We cannot guarantee complete security of those systems.
